Smoothing the way

When you've decided who you want to interview, we'll do everything to bring you and your candidates together as quickly and conveniently as possible. Of course, we make sure our candidates are fully briefed about your dental practice. If candidates are coming a long way, we'll help them out with travel information and directions.

Once interviews have taken place we ask for your feedback and the candidate's. If you decide to make an offer, we'll assist with any negotiations and smooth the way for an easy start.
